always enjoyed dressing to match our themes.
So, we've made our Sunday night event Costume Optional.
Flappers or Zoot Suits
Gangsters or Gangster Molls . . . minus any costume weapons.
1. Feel free to dress in your regular attire: casual, comfy and bring
your dancin' shoes.
2. Want to do just do a "little something"? Add fringe to a short dress. Wear a flirty, flounced skirt. Black, red, pale blue and pink were fashionable colors in the twenties. Add a 20s accessory to your regular outfit: long strand of pearl beads, feather boa, cloche hat, long cigarette holder or glittery headband with a feather. Tie a beaded or fringed shawl around your hips. Gents... slick your hair back and wear a hat.
