I am Chris Cowman and I would like to welcome you to the Newsletter section of the NARTS Web site. As NARTS President, I want to fill you in on the tremendous value of this Association—and that starts with the members who make this organization so wonderful. The knowledge I have gained about resale from them is the reason I have been an active participant in NARTS for the past twenty years. If you could put all the members into one room and add together the experience they have collected through the years, it would be through the roof... can’t even imagine the total! That is why this Association is so beneficial to people in the resale industry—the knowledge and experience, the kindness and the willingness to share in order to help others succeed is what NARTS is all about... and the benefits are many.

The following are just a sample of the abundance of information in the monthly newsletter articles containing current resale issues and solutions to problems and concerns of the industry. They are written by shop owners and managers so you know you are getting the meat and potatoes of their experience. You are able to read the how-to on advertising, displays, employees and much more. I look forward to receiving my copy in the mail at the beginning of each month and keep every one on file and handy for future reference.
