Who Can Register
Registration for NARTS 37th Annual Conference is open to resale store owners, managers and employees from For Profit and Not For Profit businesses. Future owners are also encouraged to attend this industry event. Guest packages and events are available for guests (of registered attendees) not involved in the industry. No one under the age of 18 is permitted at any Conference function.

How to Register
Registrations are accepted online with a credit card or by mailing a downloaded registration form with a check. Registrations cannot be accepted over the telephone or by fax. Onsite registrations accepted, based upon availability, with a credit card or cash. No checks accepted for onsite registrations. 

Early Bird Registration and Standard Registration Deadlines
Discounted early bird registration rates are available through June 12, 2024. Standard registration rates will be accepted from June 13, 2024 until June 26, 2024 based upon availability. After June 26, 2024 you must register at the door paying onsite fees. Onsite registrations are accepted, based upon availability, with a credit card or cash. NO checks accepted for onsite registrations.

Conference Registration Includes
"Registration - INCLUDES Bus Tour" includes EVERYTHING listed on the Agenda.
"Registration - NO Bus Tour" includes everything listed on the agenda EXCEPT the bus tour.
"Full Guest Package" includes everything listed on the agenda EXCEPT workshops, networking sessions and the bus tour.

Optional bus tour registration is available for guests. Guest registration is also offered for the Friday Evening Dinner for those NOT opting for the Full Guest Package.

How will I know my registration was received?
Online Registrations: You will know almost immediately that your registration has been processed when you receive an on-screen confirmation followed by an email at the address you entered. If you do NOT receive an on-screen confirmation and/or an email confirmation you failed to complete the registration process or entered an incorrect email address.

Mailed Registrations: You will receive a confirmation via email within two weeks.

If you believe you registered and did not get a confirmation you most likely are NOT registered for Conference, please contact meetings@narts.org

Member or Non Member Registration—Why it Pays to be a Member
Discounted Member Registration is offered to NARTS members in good standing.

NOTE: Membership in NARTS is individual, NOT by store or organization. If any registrant is not personally a member, use our convenient online membership applications to join them. 2nd and Additional Member Registrants MUST be from same organization as 1st Member Registrant. (You can process the membership application and then immediately register them for conference at the discounted member rates.)

Because we offer even deeper discounted Member Registration rates for 2nd and each Additional attendee from the same store, there is a substantial savings by joining all registrants from the same store as NARTS Associate members for only $36 a year per person. When attending as a member instead of a nonmember the savings for the 2nd Member Registrant is $150 and $170 for each Additional Member Registrant (3rd, 4th, etc.).

If only one person from your store is attending it still pays to join. When you become a member, your full membership fee plus the member rate for conference registration is only $45 more than the nonmember rate for conference registration... and, you receive all the member benefits, including monthly newsletter, store listing in our Shopping Guide, access to our Members Only Facebook group and the many features offered in the Members Only section of our Website, discounts on most books from our bookstore; and more.
