Health & Safety Guidelines
As we prepare for NARTS Conference 2025 in Indianapolis, IN, we are committed to providing a safe experience for all participants. Based on updated Respiratory Virus Guidelines focused on COVID-19, flu, and RSV…the following is a summary of our current health & safety protocols:
Masks:
Masks are NOT required for Conference events. We encourage you to do what you are most comfortable with. Masks will be available for those without upon request.
Vaccination Policy:
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), more than 98% of the U.S. population now has some protective immunity against COVID-19 from vaccination, prior infection, or both…as a result, far fewer people are getting seriously ill from COVID-19. Therefore, we are NOT requiring vaccination certification or negative COVID-19 tests for participants (including guests and NARTS staff). We will continue to monitor requirements and recommendations of the CDC.
Doing Your Part:
If you feel ill or are experiencing COVID, flu or RSV symptoms, prior to traveling to or while onsite in Indianapolis, please reconsider your participation at Conference. The CDC recommends that people stay home and away from others until at least 24 hours after both their symptoms are getting better overall, and they have not had a fever (and are not using fever-reducing medication).
Updates:
We will continue to monitor these guidelines and adjust our approach if needed to ensure you are comfortable and we meet safely. Any updates to the Health & Safety Guidelines will be posted on this webpage and shared with registered attendees.
