One Day of Education | Sunday, October 11th
Chart Your Course gives you the time, structure, and practical process to step back from the daily demands of your store and determine what your business needs next. This seminar is being built around what you need to run your store today and prepare for what’s ahead. Practical ideas, conversations with other resale professionals, and time to think about your own business away from the everyday demands of running it.
One Day of Exploration | Monday, October 12th
On Monday, we’ll take the learning out into the field during the Resale Bus Tour. You’ll visit area resale businesses and see how different owners approach merchandising, operations, customer experience, inventory, branding, and store presentation.  A bus tour is more than a day of looking at attractive stores. It’s an opportunity to notice the decisions behind what you see, ask better questions, and discover ideas that can be adapted to fit your own business.
