Will my registration be refunded?

Registrations will be refunded in full . . . OR you may transfer your registration to next year's Conference, OR you may apply part of your registration fee to our Virtual Conference and we will refund the difference. If you transfer your registration to Conference 2021, it is Risk-Free—you may cancel and receive a full refund at any time up to three weeks prior to next year's Conference. You do not need to take any action at this time, NARTS will contact each registrant by email to start the process once we have dates and registration fees for our 1st Virtual Conference.
 

How will it be refunded?

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used.
                                                 

Do I need to cancel my hotel reservation?

If you have already made your reservation at The Westin Charlotte under NARTS at our group rate, the hotel will automatically cancel the reservation and send you a confirmation. If you did not make a reservation under NARTS at our group rate, please contact The Westin Charlotte at 866.837.4148 to cancel your reservation. 
 

Where can I get more information on the Virtual Event?

As soon as information is available, it will be published in the Meeting section of our Website and on FB. Thank you for your patience as we continue to work through all the details of content, agenda and more.
 

Will there be a Fall Seminar?

We hope to be able to hold a Fall Seminar, but that is unknown at this time. It will be dependent on State "gathering" restrictions which at this time are limited to 10 people in most States. As restriction limits are increased we will have a better idea. Meetings/events will probably be one of the last things to return to normal.
